CCTV Footage Shows Girl Collapsing in Classroom
A CCTV clip from the classroom has surfaced following the incident. Reports said the footage, which is around three minutes long, shows students reacting as loud music from outside can be heard. Vaishnavi is seen becoming unwell before collapsing at her desk. Teachers reportedly rushed to help the child and took her to a hospital. However, she could not be saved and was declared dead by doctors.

Police took cognisance of the incident after information and posts about it circulated on social media. Investigators are examining CCTV footage from the school and surrounding areas and checking the route of the immersion procession and the circumstances at the time of the incident. The girl's family subsequently took her body to their native village in Siddharthnagar district, where her last rites were performed.

Reports have referred to claims of a cardiac episode, but there has been no confirmed medical finding publicly establishing that the DJ noise caused the death. As the girl's last rites were performed, a post-mortem examination was reportedly not conducted. Police said further action will depend on the findings of the inquiry.
