Bengaluru Viral Video: Delivery Executive Arrested for Flashing Woman Inside Apartment

A 22-year-old delivery executive has been arrested for allegedly flashing a woman inside her apartment in Bengaluru's Marathahalli area, police said on Sunday.

The incident took place on Saturday evening at an apartment in Munnekolala, where the accused, identified as Vijay Mallikarjun Kamat, had gone to deliver an order. According to the woman's complaint, the delivery executive requested to use the bathroom and allegedly flashed her after coming out.

The woman recorded a video of the incident and later shared it on social media. Based on a complaint filed by Nilofar Fatima, police registered a case against the accused under Sections 75, 79 and 329(2) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita (BNS), which deal with s*xual harassment and related offences. Bengaluru Shocker: Delivery Boy Arrested for Indulging in Indecent Act With Woman Over Bet.

Confirming the arrest, Whitefield Deputy Commissioner of Police Saidulu Advaith said, "The Marathahalli Police registered a case based on a complaint filed by Nilofar Fatima alleging s*xual harassment by a Flipkart delivery executive. The accused, Vijay Mallikarjun Kamat, 22, has been arrested and legal action has been initiated against him."

Police said further investigation into the case is underway.
