Greater Noida MCA Student Dies by Suicide a Month After Moving for Online Studies

A first-year MCA student died by suicide at his rented accommodation in Greater Noida, where he had been staying for about a month for online studies, police said. The incident was reported from Sector Alpha-2 under the Beta-2 police station area. The deceased was identified as Abhishek, a resident of Nagla Khago in Kasganj district. He had reportedly moved to Gautam Buddh Nagar around a month ago and was pursuing his first year of MCA through online classes.

Police received information about the incident on Tuesday and reached the student's room in Sector Alpha-2. The body was taken for post-mortem examination after the required legal formalities were completed. A forensic team also inspected the spot and collected evidence as part of the investigation.
