According to reports, the male teacher is a resident of Umripur (Haseran), while the female teacher hails from Manikothi, Auraiya. Allegations suggest that the teachers frequently engaged in such behaviour instead of fulfilling their educational duties. Local community members expressed strong disapproval, emphasising that schools are intended to be professional environments and that such conduct disregards the sanctity of the teaching profession and the well-being of the students.

The male teacher and his colleague were caught on camera engaging in inappropriate conduct inside a classroom. A video of the same has also gone viral on social media. Administrative Action and Suspension
Following an initial inquiry conducted by the Block Education Officer (BEO) of Saurikh, District Basic Education Officer (BSA) Sandeep Kumar took formal disciplinary action. The BSA ordered a probe into the matter on July 13, leading to the immediate suspension of both assistant teachers. In the official suspension order, the BSA stated that the conduct of both teachers was "highly objectionable and undignified", noting that their actions within the school premises violated the decorum expected of government servants. As part of the disciplinary proceedings:
- The male teacher has been attached to the Gugrapur BRC.
