A case has been registered at Bangur Nagar Police Station under relevant sections of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita (BNS) - including 281 (rash driving), 125, 115(2), 126(2), 351(2), and 352 - as well as sections 184, 177, and 194(b)(1) of the Motor Vehicles Act. "Wrong side. Serious consequences," the police stated, emphasising the dangers of such driving.
