Nemade held a degree in mechanical engineering along with an MBA and was employed in Pune. He was the only son in his family, which resides at Jeevanmoti Society on Shirsoli Road in Jalgaon. His father, Meghraj Subhash Nemade, operates Nemade Transport, and his mother had passed away approximately 12 years ago.
Following the completion of the post-mortem examination, his mortal remains were sent to his hometown of Jalgaon. His last rites were performed on Saturday morning, September 19.
