The collection includes artworks, religious objects, handcrafted pieces and institutional memorabilia. According to the Ministry of Culture, proceeds from the auction will go towards the Namami Gange Project.
30 Mementos Featured in the Auction
The 30-item collection comprises nine photo frames, nine other mementos and six idols, sculptures and statues. It also includes two Delhi Metro models, a sports memorabilia item, a painting and other art and craft pieces. The items collectively represent Delhi's religious traditions, cultural heritage, institutions and contemporary achievements.

Ramayana-Themed Artworks Among Featured Items
Several pieces in the collection are linked to India's religious and cultural traditions. Four of the mementos depict Lord Ram or scenes associated with the Ramayana. These include a Ram Darbar sculpture, a brass plaque showing Ram, Sita and Lakshman crossing a river with Kevat, a painting of Saint Dada Dev from Palam village and a carved wooden statue of Ram Lalla. Another item represents the Eight Auspicious Symbols of Buddhism, also known as Ashtamangala, a group of symbols associated with Buddhist traditions.
Delhi Landmarks and Institutions Get Representation
The auction collection also highlights Delhi's institutional and architectural heritage. Among the featured pieces is a framed artwork depicting St. Stephen's College, along with a crystal memento representing the Old Secretariat building and a textile artwork depicting the New Parliament Building. Two Delhi Metro models are also part of the collection. The items provide representations of both historic institutions and newer landmarks associated with the national capital.

The collection also includes items connected with individual achievements and personal expressions. A detailed pencil sketch featuring a close-up portrait of Prime Minister Narendra Modi, created by a student from Rohini, is among the featured mementos. A portrait created on a natural, skeletonised Bodhi leaf is another artwork included in the auction.
Paralympic and NCC Memorabilia Included
Sports and public service also feature in the collection. The discus associated with Paralympic silver medallist Yogesh Kathuniya represents sporting achievement, while the NCC's gold-polished Param Vir Mati Kalash is included as an item associated with service and remembrance.
Auction Proceeds to Support Namami Gange
The proceeds from the PM Mementos e-auction will be directed towards the Namami Gange Project, continuing the practice of using proceeds from the sale of gifts and mementos received by the Prime Minister for public initiatives. The eighth edition of the broader PM Mementos auction features a much larger catalogue of gifts presented to the Prime Minister from across India. Earlier reports said the 2026 edition opened with 1,498 mementos, while the Ministry of Culture has separately highlighted curated collections representing different states and regions.
