A Wedding Where Twins Took Every Major Role

The ceremony took place at Changanassery Metropolitan Church on Thursday. The grooms are the sons of Kunjumon Thomas and Jomol of Changanassery, while the brides are the daughters of Tomichan and Marykutty from Kulathoor in Pathanamthitta district.

Twin Priests and Twin Altar Boys Made It Even More Special

Adding to the uniqueness of the event, Fr Anto Pezhumkattil and Fr Ajo Pezhumkattil, twin priests from the Kanjirappally Diocese, officiated the ceremony. They were assisted by twin altar boys Jeron James and Johon James from Pala.

'It Was Our Childhood Dream'

"It had been our dream since childhood to have a wedding surrounded by twins," the sisters said, adding that their family had also hoped to make it happen.

The priests said officiating the wedding was a memorable experience, noting that such occasions celebrate togetherness and create lifelong memories.

The two brothers work in the Merchant Navy, while the sisters are employed in the IT sector. For their families and guests, the ceremony marked not just the union of two couples but the fulfilment of a long-cherished dream.
