UP: Greater Noida Man Kills Colleague Over Friendship With His Lover
A man was allegedly stabbed to death by his colleague following a late-night altercation in Uttar Pradesh's Greater Noida. Police said the dispute stemmed from the victim's interaction with a woman who had reportedly been in a long-term relationship with the accused.

The deceased has been identified as Suresh, a native of Bareilly, while the accused, Naresh, was taken into custody after receiving medical treatment for injuries sustained during the incident. According to police, both men worked in different units of the same private company.
Dispute Linked to Woman Colleague
Police said a woman identified as Bobby, who also worked at the company, had been in a relationship with Naresh for the past seven years. However, she had recently started talking to Suresh, which allegedly led to growing tensions between the two colleagues. Naresh had reportedly objected to their interaction and warned both Bobby and Suresh against staying in contact.
Beer Session Ended in Fatal Attack

Police alleged that Naresh attacked Suresh with a sharp weapon during the altercation, causing fatal injuries. Naresh also suffered injuries in the incident.
Police Investigation Underway
A Dial-112 call alerted police to a dispute on the service road near Sirsa Circle. By the time officers reached the spot, both men had already been taken to a hospital. Doctors declared Suresh dead, while Naresh was treated before being taken into custody.
Additional Deputy Commissioner of Police Santosh Kumar said the investigation is ongoing and further legal action will be taken based on the findings.
