Ambani Family's Continued Visits to Tirumala

The Ambani family is known for regularly visiting the Tirumala temple. Earlier on June 12, Anant Ambani had visited the shrine along with Reliance Industries Chairman Mukesh Ambani and his wife Radhika Merchant. The family offered prayers during that visit as well.

Anant Ambani is known for his devotion to Lord Krishna and Shrinathji. Ahead of his wedding last year, he undertook a padyatra to Dwarka, walking to the Dwarkadhish Temple as an expression of faith. He is also associated with animal welfare initiatives through the sanctuary established under his leadership.

Situated atop the seventh peak of the Seshachalam Hills in Andhra Pradesh, the Tirumala Sri Venkateswara Swamy Temple is among India's most revered Hindu pilgrimage centres. Dedicated to Lord Venkateswara, also known as Balaji, the centuries-old shrine attracts millions of devotees from India and abroad every year.

The temple is also a frequent destination for celebrities, politicians and business leaders who visit to seek blessings.

In May, Union Minister Rammohan Naidu undertook the traditional foot pilgrimage from Alipiri to Tirumala before offering prayers at the shrine, describing the journey as a "divine experience."
