Former Prime Minister Manmohan Singh visited AIIMS to see Atal Bihari Vajpayee. The Congress leader, who was the Prime Minister from 2004 to 2014, is in AIIMS to see the Bharat Ratna. AIIMS has said that Atal Bihari Vajpayee's health is stable and that he is suffering from urinary tract infection. The BJP founder and former Prime Minister has been battling illness for the last 9 years. He is 93.

Former Prime Minister H. D. Deve Gowda has visited AIIMS to check on the health of Atal Bihari Vajpayee who was admitted on Monday. H. D. Deve Gowda is one of the few leaders today who can be considered to be the contemporary of Atal Bihari Vajpayee. AIIMS has said that the condition of the former PM is stable.

RSS Sarsanghchalak Mohan Bhagwat has reaches AIIMS to see the ailing  former Prime Minister Atal Bihari Vajpayee. The former PM was admitted to AIIMS on Monday morning in what was said to be a routine check-up but by evening important leaders from BJP including Prime Minister Narendra Modi, BJP President Amit Shah and Congress President Rahul Gandhi checked on the Bharat Ratna Vajpayee. Following which a medical bulletin was released by AIIMS which said that dialysis was done on the former PM and that he is suffering from urinary tract infection and lower respiratory tract issues. His condition is reported to be stable now.

Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister Chandrababu Naidu has spoken to officials in Delhi on the health of former prime minister Atal Bihari Vajpayee. "I spoke to the officers in Delhi on the health of Former Prime Minister Atal Bihari Vajpayee. Praying to God for his speedy recovery and his return to home with good health," Naidu said.

AIIMS has issued a bulletin on the health of former prime minister Atal Bihari Vajpayee, saying he is responding to treatment and is stable. The statement says that Vajpayee is on injection based antibiotics and will continue to remain under observation.

New Delhi, June 11: All India Institutes of Medical Sciences (AIIMS) will soon release the second medical bulletin of former Prime Minister Atal Bihari Vajpayee. The former Prime Minister was admitted to AIIMS on Monday morning for routine check-up according to the Bhartiya Janata Party (BJP) and the hospital. A number of leaders have been visiting and calling on the BJP stalwart. Congress President Rahul Gandhi went to see the former PM in the evening. Prime Minister Narendra Modi left after visiting the hospital moments before. BJP President Amit Shah, Rajnath Singh, JP Nadda, and Atal Bihari Vajpayee's contemporary Lal Krishna Advani also went to see the former Prime Minister. Vajpayee, who has been ailing for some time now, has been undergoing treatment at his residence. He has been taken to AIIMS for routine check-up and investigations. "He will be under the supervision of Dr randeep Guleria, Director, AIIMS," said the statement.

The AIIMS administration also issued a statement saying the former prime minister was stable. "Atal Bihari Vajpayee's condition is stable and a team of doctors under the supervision of Dr Randeep Guleria, Director AIIMS are conducting tests," AIIMS administration said.

Vajpayee was the Prime Minister of India from 1998 to 2004. He was also the Prime Minister for 13 days in 1996. He announced retirement from active politics in 2005.

The Narendra Modi government honoured Atal Bihari Vajpayee with the Bharat Ratna in 2014. An orator par excellence, Atal Bihari Vajpayee is known for his speeches. He is also a poet who has several works to his credit.
