He holds a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) from the University of Lucknow and a Master of Healthcare Administration (MHA) from the Administrative Staff College of India (ASCI) in Hyderabad, which was completed under a collaborative program with Johns Hopkins University.

Additionally, the affidavit reveals that Kishor has eight pending criminal cases against him, primarily registered in 2024 and 2025. The cases include allegations of unlawful assembly, rioting, obstructing public servants in the discharge of duty, and criminal conspiracy. The affidavit notes that Kishor has no prior convictions, and no formal charges have been framed against him in any of these active matters.
