Mumbai, June 19: Ahead of International Day of Yoga on June 21, actress Vidisha Srivastava shared the props she uses for yoga at home. The actress revealed that she uses walls for balance and plastic wires as jump ropes and yoga straps. Yoga practitioners often find creative ways to enhance their practice with everyday household items. These unique, homemade props offer both motivation and functionality. Vidisha plays the character of Anita Bhabhi in the sitcom Bhabi Ji Ghar Par Hai, which airs on & TV. Talking about the DIY props, the actress said, "Maintaining a stretched body and a calm mind is essential for focused action. My yoga practice and homemade props have been invaluable in achieving this calmness. For example, I use walls for balance in standing poses or to deepen stretches whenever possible."
