Trolling has almost become an inevitable part of social media. From actors, politicians, influencers, celebrities most of them have been victims to troll culture. And the latest to have fallen prey to these self-made social media policing is VJ and TV host Anusha Dandekar. Anusha took to Instagram sharing a picture with former liquor baron Vijay Mallya's son Siddharth Mallya which irked social media users. Anusha posted the picture with the caption, "When the tribe reunites, it’s like it never parted. Always so nice being with you Simba... love you, your Nala. @sidmallya".

People commented asking explanation as of why she was still friends with the Mallya kid whose father owes 13 Indian banks a total of Rs 9,380 crore. Hurling abuses at someone hiding behind the carpet of anonymity have almost become an expectant behaviour on the internet. However, Anusha defended her stand by saying that children should be targetted for controversies their parents are involved in. Replying to one of the comments, she wrote,  "I didn't say anyone is innocent or guilty, I simply said don't attack the children if you don't know them or the full story."

Siddharth also posted the same picture on his Instagram account with the caption, "Fiiiiinally reunited....Sooo good to see u Nala!!!! @vjanusha #banter." Almost every photo Siddharth Mallya uploads on social media are attacked with people demanding an answer from his father about the money he is to repay to the banks in India.

Anusha along with boyfriend Karan Kundra was earlier this year seen in MTV Troll Police where Anusha faced the trolls who attacked her on Instagram and Twitter on her different posts. In the TV show celebrities and their trolls face-to-face and talk about their stands.

Last week, Mallya in a public statement said, "I have become the ‘poster boy’ of bank default and a lightning rod of public anger." Mallya is currently facing a trial in a UK court in connection with his extradition to India. Financial irregularities, as well as several money laundering cases, have been levied on him. Earlier this month, a London court had issued an order to seize Mallya's assets in the UK. A joint team of Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) and Enforcement Directorate (ED) officials embarked for the United Kingdom on Monday owing to the proceedings in the ongoing case.
