Unsure of what to expect due to the delay, she filmed her journey back to the pharmacy to see if the items were still available. “Four days ago I bought some medicines from a chemist and I just forgot to just put them in my bag, and I left them there with this chemist. And now I'm going after these four days to check if they are still there. I mean, it's not their fault, my father forgot to take them, so just let's see if still they are there,” she explained in the footage.
Prompt Return by Shopkeeper
Upon entering the pharmacy, Patalas-Kalra politely inquired about the transaction and mentioned the missing paper bag. The chemist immediately recalled the situation, retrieved the package, and returned it to her without hesitation. The gesture left a strong impression on Patalas-Kalra, who expressed her gratitude before leaving the premises. "I just love India for this," Patalas-Kalra wrote in her post's caption. "I bought some medicines and I forgot to put them to my bag, I left them in the chemist.
