The much-anticipated teaser of the Kannada film KD - The Devil was unveiled on Thursday (July 10). The action film, directed by Prem, features Dhruva Sarja, Sanjay Dutt, and Shilpa Shetty in lead roles. At the teaser launch event of the upcoming film in Mumbai, Shilpa Shetty addressed the ongoing language row in Maharashtra while promoting her film. While responding to a reporter's question, the actress, who is a native of Karnataka and stays in Maharashtra, reaffirmed her love for her karma bhoomi and flaunted her language skills by saying, "Mi Maharashtrachi Mulgi aahe." (I am Maharashtra's daughter). She further told the reporters that they have gathered to promote their upcoming film and would not wish to react to any controversy.
