The latest legal action comes just three months after Madonna faced a similar lawsuit regarding delayed start times for her December shows in New York City. In this recent complaint filed in the DC federal court, three concertgoers accused the Queen of Pop of violating the law by commencing her performance two hours behind schedule. Lawyers representing the disgruntled fans assert, “Forcing consumers to wait hours for her performance in a hot, uncomfortable arena is demonstrative of Madonna’s arrogant and total disrespect for her fans,” reports Billboard.
