The actress, known for her roles in Lassie, Lost in Space, A Christmas Carol, and Meet Me in St Louis, died of natural causes on Thursday (October 23) in Santa Monica, California. The news of her passing was confirmed by her spokesperson, Harlan Boll, who said, "She was very happy until the very end reading New York Times and LA Times everyday. It was very important to her to stay focused on the news of the day."
