AR Rahman's recent Chennai concert took an unexpected turn as singer ADK, one of the performers, alleged mistreatment by event organizer ACTC Events. In response to ACTC's apology video, ADK voiced his grievances on social media, accusing the organizers of poor management and ignorance. He criticised the lack of artiste tags, insufficient respect for the performers, a shortage of caravans, and subpar catering. ADK, who has previously collaborated with Rahman on numerous occasions without issue, expressed frustration at the tarnishing of the legendary composer's image due to the concert.
