Maran, KGF Actor, Dies of COVID-19; Actor Arya Offers Condolence to the Family
Maran was known for playing several supporting roles in Tamil films. He was a part of films like Kuruvi and Ghilli. He played the role of Adhivaasi in director Dharani's Ghilli, and received a lot of appreciation for his acting. Other films that Maran was a part of were Thalainagaram, Dishoom, Vettaikaran and KGF: Chapter 1. The actor passed away aged 48.
Maran was admitted to Chengalpet Government hospital two days ago for Covid-19 treatment. However, today (May 12), the actor succumbed to the disease. Arya offered condolence to the actor's family in a heartfelt tweet.
