Vijayakanth aka Narayanan Vijayaraj Alagarswami, is a former actor, popularly known for his works in Tamil Cinema. He is the general secretary of the political party Desiya Murpokku Dravida Kazhagam.
Vijayakanth was admitted to a private hospital on November 18. The former actor and DMDK General Secretary had been to the hospital for a routine medical examination. The party issued a statement over his health condition that read, “He will return home in a day or two.
