A massive fire broke out in Delhi on the intervening night of May 30 and 31 at around 1.40 am. Officials of the Delhi police said they received information regarding the blaze at a house in Paryavaran Complex, Saket, Delhi. When the police staff reached the spot, they saw the IGL gas pipeline outside the house ablaze. They immediately alerted the fire department, and two fire tenders reached the spot and extinguished the fire. Delhi police officials also said that a team from IGL also visited the spot and managed the pipelines. "The cause of the fire appears to be a technical issue in the gas pipeline.
