An army soldier working as a computer operator at the Chandimandir headquarters of the Western Command has been arrested by the Punjab Police for allegedly passing on critical information to Pakistan's Inter Service Intelligence (ISI) through a drug dealer. The defendant, Manpreet Sharma, a native of Bhopal, has been identified as the accused.
