The Karnataka High Court recently refused to quash a molestation case filed against an astrologer who outraged a woman's modesty by inappropriately touching her. According to a report in Live Law, the astrologer allegedly touched the woman under the guise of performing puja to set her kundali right. The state's top court also declined to quash charges against the woman's husband, who took her to the astrologer and threatened her not to reveal her ordeal to anyone else.
