Pawan Gowda, aka Kadubu a notorious rowdy sheeter, was shot by Bengaluru City Police early this morning while attempting to flee. Gowda, who had recently gained notoriety for stripping a rival naked and making him run in the streets, was wanted for several crimes. DCP (West) S Girish reported that Gowda was under investigation for planning a robbery. During his arrest operation, Gowda attacked a head constable with a knife, prompting police to fire a warning shot and then shoot him in the leg to prevent his escape.
