A CISF Officer gave her assurance that she would receive her bag back and that "Ek pin bhi yahan gum nahin hoga [sic]". The officer quickly requested the Vistara ground crew to get her suitcase while she waited outside and checked to make sure her ID cards matched the boarding card on her phone.
