A British tourist was rescued in Thailand's 'Sin City' after he reportedly fell from his hotel balcony while allegedly intoxicated and covered in excrement. The man was said to be "extremely drunk" when he returned to his room at The Freelancer Hotel in Pattaya's red light district in the early hours of the morning of November 4 when the incident happened. The hotel staff reported to have heard groans and banging in the room before the man's legs tore through the ceiling of an adjacent internet café after he plunged from the balcony.
