The trio of Abhishek Verma, Ojas Deotale and Prathamesh Jawkar helped India beat South Korea in the final of the event to win the gold medal. This was India's 21st gold medal in Asian Games 2023.
Yet another gold medal in archery for India and it has come from the Indian men's archery compound team in Asian Games 2023 on October 5. The trio of Abhishek Verma, Ojas Deotale and Prathamesh Jawkar starred as India defeated South Korea 235-230 to take home the top prize on offer. This was India's third gold medal of the day and third from the archery contingent as well. It was also India's 84th overall medal in this edition of the Asiad.
