PV Sindhu's Paris Olympics 2024 campaign came to an end after she suffered a straight-game defeat to China's He Bing Jiao. The ace shuttler battled it against her Chinese counterpart before losing the first game 19-21. In the second game, Bing Jiao put up a pretty impressive performance to win it 21-14. Sindhu was one of India's medal prospects at Paris Olympics 2024 and this defeat means her quest for a third consecutive Olympic medal has come to an end. Earlier, the famed men's doubles pair of Satwiksairaj Rankireddy and Chirag Shetty too were knocked out of the competition.ย Paris Olympics 2024: Lakshya Sen Topples HS Prannoy in All-Indian Round of 16 Clash, Enters Menโs Singles Quarterfinals.
