The opening ceremony of Asia Cup 2023 is set to take place at the Multan Cricket Stadium prior to the start of the first match between co-hosts Pakistan and debutants Nepal. Pakistan will begin as favourites to win the contest but Nepal can spring a surprise.
The Asia Cup 2023 tournament is set to kickstart in not much time from now and the opening ceremony is set to be lit up by the performances of Pakistan singer Aima Baig and Nepal singer Trishala Gurung. The Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) confirmed this development on social media as both singers are set to perform at the Multan Cricket Stadium in the opening ceremony, which starts at 2:30 pm IST (Indian Standard Time).
