Jaydev Unadkat signed up for Sussex for the remainder of the County Championship 2023. He shined with the red ball in hand in the Division two match against Leicestershire as he guided Sussex to a clinical victory. Unadkat scalped three wickets in the first inning and then a six-wicket haul in the second innings including the final wicket of Leicestershire which ensured the win of Sussex.
