KL Rahul won the 'Best Fielder' award in the Team India dressing room for his outstanding wicketkeeping effort during the India vs Pakistan ICC Cricket World Cup 2023 match on October 14. Donning the wicketkeeping gloves, Rahul was brilliant all game and also took a good catch to dismiss Imam-ul-Haq off Hardik Pandya's bowling. Shardul Thakur, the previous winner of the award, then put the medal around Rahul's neck with the whole dressing room applauding in unison.
