Chennai Super Kings (CSK) would be aiming for a successful title defense after winning it in 2021 with a victory over Kolkata Knight Riders (KKR) in the final. MS Dhoni's side would kickstart IPL 2022 with a match against KKR on March 26.
MS Dhoni was seen returning to action as Chennai Super Kings players started training ahead of IPL 2022. The defending champions are currently camping in Surat.
