Everton pulled up a major upset as they defeat Liverpool who are going neck to neck against Arsenal and Manchester City in the title race for the Premier League 2023-24 title. Everton's Jarrad Branthwaite broke the deadlock in the 27th minute to score the match's first goal. Although Liverpool had the majority of the ball possession throughout the match but was still not enough to score against the Toffees. Dominic Calvert-Lewin came with another goal for Everton in the 58th minute to give them a 2-0 lead. Liverpool still have four more matches to play and will look to win the remainder of them if they want to keep their title hopes alive.
