Playing their first competitive game after Kylian Mbappe’s exit, Paris Saint-Germain registered a thumping victory over Le Harve in the French League 1 2024-25 season opener. Ousmane Dembele, Lee Kang-in, Bradley Barcola, and Randal Kolo Muani scored for the defending champions.
Luis Enrique and PSG started the ‘Post-Mbappe’ era with a commanding win over Le Harve. Kylian Mbappe left PSG at the end of the 2023-24 season and joined Real Madrid as a free agent. But PSG showed character without their star striker as Lee Kang-in opened the scoring just three minutes into the game. Gautier Lloris scored for Le Harve early in the second half as the hosts were looking to snatch a point from the defending champions, but Ousmane Dembele, Bradley Barcola, and Randal Kolo Muani scored in the final six minutes to collect all three points from the opening game of the season.
