Sports have oftentimes been used to protest against something in a rather unusual example, a football. A football match was played between a team that wore clothes and a team that did not! To protest against the commercialisation of sport, the team named Pottoriginale All Stars competed against a side that wore clothes in a football match and played in Herne, a city in Germany, a BILD report states. Pictures of the match have gone viral wherein the players, who wore nothing but socks and boots, were seen having painted their jersey numbers on their backs and chests. The news and pictures of the match were shared in a post on 'X' by an account named "The NEXTA."
