The Indian Quartet of Rupal Chaudhary, M R Poovamma, Jyothika Sri Dandi and Subha Venkatesan clocked 3:29.35 to finish second at the World Athletics Relays in Nassau, Bahamas. They finished just behind Jamaica (3:28.54) to book their ticket for the Paris Olympics 2024. A day before, the Indian 4x400m relay team placed fifth in their first-round qualifying heat, clocking at 3:29.74.
