Despite getting a tough opening draw, Nikhat Zareen eases her way into the Round of 16 of Women's boxing event (50 Kg Category) defeating her Vietnamese opposition Nguyen Thi Tham by Unanimous decision (5-0). Nikhat previously had the better of the same opposition in the World Championships final. This time she beats her to enter the pre quarterfinal.
