USA's para-archer Matt Stutzman and Finland's para-archer Jere Forsberg were having an intense match in the men's compound open para-archery event round of 16. There was still a long way to go for both the athletes but it was a nail-biting finish at the end. Matt Stutzman and Jere Forsberg were heading to no result due to the same points, Matt Stutzman pulled off a jaw-dropping bullseye to gain an advantage point over Jere Forsberg and won the match to qualify for the next stage. Matt Stutzman later went on to win a gold medal for USA in the men's compound open para-archery event.
