Infosys, India’s second-largest IT company, has announced the record date for its upcoming equity share buyback. The company confirmed that the record date for INR 18,000 crore share buyback is November 14, 2025. The announcement was made on Thursday, November 6, 2025, following the board’s approval. Earlier, in an exchange filing on September 11, 2025, Infosys stated that its Board of Directors had reviewed and approved a proposal to buyback equity shares for an amount of INR 18,000 Crore.
