X has launched new ID verification today and step-by-step instructions on how to complete the process on web version. According to the Insider Paper (@TheInsiderPaper), the users will need the following for X ID verification on web version: 1) Prepare a government-issued ID, 2) Check if your device's camera is uncovered and working. 3) Be prepared to take selfies and photos of your ID. After that, you must click "Allow" on your browser camera to access the prompt.
