The first really close game in this ICC Women's World Cup. India suffered their first defeat in this tournament. There's elation and joy in the South African camp. Wicketkeeper-batter Richa Ghosh played a fantastic knock of 94 runs off 77 deliveries, with the help of 15 boundaries, that bailed India out of the dangerous situation. At one stage, the Women in Blue were at 7/153, then Richa and Sneh Rana (33) stitched an 88-run stand for the eighth wicket to help the hosts cross the 250-run mark.
