That's It! Some solid cricket from South Africa and they have comprehensively defeated Pakistan. It was considered to be a possibly tricky chase in the beginning but eventually it became easier with Quinton de Kock bossing it throughout. He scored a solid century and received support from Tony de Zorzi and Lhuan-dre Pretorius. The series is now 1-1 and both teams will fight in the decider for the series.

Hundred! A brilliant innings in his returning series from Quinton de Kock and he has proved why he is so highly valued in this format. It could have been a tricky chase but he had helped South Africa cruise through the entire chase and placed them just a step away from victory here. Terrific batting from the veteran.

Out! Finally a breakthrough for Pakistan and they will be relieved. South Africa were off to a very good start but Pakistan manage to finally break it. It is Lhuan dre-Pretorius who departs first. Length ball from Mohammad Wasim Jr, Lhuan-dre Pretorius pushes at it from crease and gets a thick edge to the hands of the wicketkeeper. Some solid batting from Quinton de Kock and Lhuan-dre Pretorius and South Africa have prioritised a stable but cautious start. They have looked to not lose boundaries upfront as the target is moderate. They will eventually look to change the tempo when set.

A few lusty blows in the back end from Mohammad Nawaz, Mohammad Wasim Jr and Naseem Shah takes Pakistan to a position where they will be happy to be at after the start they had. Salman Ali Agha, Saim Ayub and Mohammad Nawaz had key roles in stabilising the innings and taking it to a competitive place. South Africa will back themselves to complete the chase.

Out! Nqabayomzi Peter strikes again and Pakistan are struggling to get a strong finish. Dragged short, was spinning away from Shaheen Shah Afridi and he pulled it without any control. Out! The innings has been a trouble so far for Pakistan. Salman Ali Agha and Mohammad Nawaz stitched a partnership to take them out of initial trouble but Corbin Bosch struck yet again, this time removing Salman Ali Agha. very full and angling into the right-hander, Salman Agha shuffled across and then played all around the ball, misses and the ball rattles into stumps. After a short partnership, Faheem Ashraf persished off Nandre Burger. Tossed up delivery which drifted across the left-hander, looked like the top-spinner and Talat was early into the shot, closed the face of the bat and the leading edge popped right back to the bowler. After the quick burst from Nandre Burger which saw the Pakistan top order wiped out, Saim Ayub and Salman Ali Agha stitched a steady partnership and have looked a lay a foundation over which they can build up. They have been cautious but rather steady, It has been Ayub who has scored more runs in the partnership.

Out! Nandre Burger is on a roll. He opened up the wicket column by dismissing Fakhar Zaman and now he has broke the back of the Pakistan batting by dismissing Babar Azam and Mohammad Rizwan. The first ball nipped away from good length and Babar was opened up completely. Got a knock to the hands of the wicketkeeper. Four balls later, Burger cleaned up Mohammad Rizwan. Rizwan was doutful to whether to play the ball or not and the indecision made him edge the ball onto the stumps. Nandre Burger bowled a short ball to Fakhar Zaman and the ball came to him early than he expected, he has late to the pull shot and the top edge went to the wicketkeeper Quinton de Kock.
