So, India begin their Hockey Champions Trophy 2018 campaign in style. An impressive win to start the tournament. India scored three goals in the last quarter, in fact, in last five minutes to open their winning account.

Goal Scorers: Ramandeep Singh (25'), Dilpreet Singh (54'), Mandeep Singh (57') and Lalit Upadhyay (59').

GOAL!!! Third goal under five minutes here. Great presence of mind by Lalit. No one was guarding the Pakistan goal and he deflected one into the empty net. This one is last seconds of the match!

GOAL!!! Another goal for India. This time Mandeep Singh nets the goal for India. This should perhaps seal it for India.

GOAL!!! It is 17-Year-Old Dilpreet Singh who doubles India's lead. This should make things difficult for Pakistan's comeback. India further dominate now after Dilpreet's superb finish.

End of third quarter, India continue to lead 1-0. Final quarter coming up, can India hold on to the lead? So far they have been impressive.

IND vs PAK Q3: Time running away from Pakistan in this penultimate quarter. They are pressing hard for a equaliser, but nothing in their favour so far. India, on the other hand, looking to keep the ball away from their half.

IND vs PAK Q3: What a way to begin the third quarter. Great referral by India and by virtue of that Pakistan have been denied a goal. India continue to dominate the proceedings.

Half Time: That's the end of first half. Ramandeep Singh's goal has been the difference between the two side so far. India will be a happier camp as we go into the break.

GOAL!!! Five minutes into the second quarter and India open their scoring! Ramandeep Singh with the goal. Men in blue take the opening lead. IND 1-0 PAK.

IND vs PAK Q2: Ten minutes remaining in the second quarter. Pakistan have dominated the proceedings in the quarter so far.
