Florida Man Caught With Fake Bladder and D*ldo in ‘Jerry-Rigged Whizzinator’ To Beat Drug Test (Watch Video)

A Florida man was caught with a d*ldo and a fake bladder in what police are calling a "jerry-rigged Whizzinator," allegedly used to fake a urine sample during a court-ordered drug test.

Body camera video shows the moment a Flagler County deputy noticed the man, secured in the back of a patrol vehicle, throw the fake bladder device onto the floor, according to the sheriff's office.

Suspect Arrived For Drug Test On Suspended License

52-year-old James Shepard showed up to a court-ordered drug test driving on a suspended license, according to the Flagler County Sheriff's Office.

Deputies Say Device Was Strapped To His Groin

Investigators say Shepard came equipped with a fake bladder full of fake urine, connected to a heating pad with a fake weiner, designed to fool the drug test.

"Driving on a suspended license was crime number one," FCSO said. Caught On Camera Pulling Out The Device

While in handcuffs for driving on a suspended license, Shepard was seen on camera pulling out the "jerry-rigged Whizzinator" before throwing it to the side.

When a deputy opened the back door to check on him, he spotted the device on the floor and asked Shepard where it came from. Shepard denied knowing anything about it.

"I would know if there was a peebag and a goddamn dldo in my car," the deputy was heard saying.

Facing Multiple Charges

Shepard is now facing charges of driving without a valid license, violating his probation, defrauding a drug test, and tampering with evidence. He was transported to the Sheriff Perry Hall Inmate Detention Facility, where he is being held without bond.

Sheriff Rick Staly did not hold back in his response to the incident.

"This pee-brain dirtbag had already been given the deal of a lifetime, walking around on community control when he should have been sitting in a prison cell for almost a decade," Staly said.
