Senior Congress leader and former Union Minister Abhishek Manu Singhvi tested positive for the novel coronavirus, reports said on Friday. The 61-year-old was reported to be diagnosed with mild symptoms. He is stated to be in-home isolation, as COVID-19 norms in Delhi do not mandate admission to hospitals unless necessitated.
