On June 1, a US jury found both Johnny Depp and Amber Heard (Depp’s ex-wife) liable for defamation. The verdict comes after an intense six-week trial that included allegations of domestic abuse. The trial witnessed claims and counterclaims of between the Hollywood stars. The seven-member jury in Virginia awarded the ‘Pirates of the Caribbean’ star Depp $15 million in damages. The US jury also found out that Amber Heard was defamed by statements made by Johnny Depp's lawyer, Adam Waldman. The jury awarded Heard $2 million in damages. Watch the video to know more.
