The Supreme Court On Monday, December 11, Upheld The Government's Decision To Revoke Article 370 And Directed The Election Commission To Take Steps To Conduct Assembly Elections In Jammu And Kashmir By September 30 Next Year. The Apex Court Also Asked The Centre To Restore Jammu And Kashmir's Statehood At The Earliest.
