‘Devara Part 1’ Review: Jr NTR, Janhvi Kapoor and Saif Ali Khan’s Action Thriller Receives Mixed Response From Critics

Jr NTR, Janhvi Kapoor, and Saif Ali Khan's highly awaited film ‘Devara: Part 1’ released in theatres on September 27. Helmed by Koratala Siva, the action-thriller unfolds in a coastal setting, exploring themes of heroism, redemption, and pressing societal issues. ‘Devara’ marks Saif Ali Khan and Janhvi Kapoor's Telugu debut. Early reviews are out, and the film has received a mixed response from critics.  While some praised Jr NTR’s brilliant performance, others felt the storyline followed a predictable path. The ensemble cast of the movie also includes Shruti Marathe, Prakash Raj, Srikanth, Shine Tom Chacko, Narain, Kalaiyarasan, and Murali Sharma.
