Disha Salian Death: Uddhav Thackeray, Aaditya Thackeray Deny Any Link With Case After MahaYuti MLAs Raise the Issue in Maharashtra Assembly

After Disha Salian's father Satish Salian approached the Bombay High Court seeking CBI probe into his daughter's death while naming Aaditya Thackeray, some MLAs from the MahaYuti raised the issue in the Maharashtra assembly. Reacting to this, Aaditya's father and Shiv Sena (UBT) leader Uddhav Thackeray denied any link between his family and the Disha Salian death case. He warned that those who are spreading lies in connection with the Disha Salian death case can also backfire on them. Reacting to the controversy, Aaditya said that there has been a continuous attempt to defame him for the last five years. He said the Disha Salian death case is used as a diversionary tactic to divert public's attention from important issues.
